Fat, muscle and skin are three different problems.
Most clinics sell one machine and apply it to everything. We carry four because a stubborn pocket of fat, a loss of muscle tone and skin that has lost its snap do not respond to the same treatment.
Body sculpting works best as a combination. Cold-based treatment reduces stubborn fat in a targeted area. Muscle stimulation rebuilds the tone underneath it. Laser and cupping support circulation and lymphatic drainage so the area actually changes shape rather than simply getting smaller.
Used together, this approach helps you lose weight more efficiently, maintain leaner contours and achieve smoother, firmer results than any single treatment produces alone.
It is not a weight-loss programme, and it will not replace one. Body sculpting is for the areas that stay put after the weight has come off — which is why many of our patients run it alongside a GLP-1 protocol rather than instead of one.
Four treatments, each with its own job.
Every treatment has a full page of its own — what it does, who it suits, what it feels like and how many sessions it typically takes.
CryoSlimming
Cold-based therapy applied to a specific area to reduce stubborn fat that has not responded to diet or training. The area is warmed, then cooled, in a single controlled cycle.
/body-sculpting/cryoslimming-destin-flElectric Muscle Stimulation
Electrical impulses drive muscle contractions well beyond what voluntary effort produces, building tone underneath the areas you are trying to reshape.
/body-sculpting/ems-muscle-toning-destin-flLaser Lipo
Low-level laser applied to the treatment area to release fat content from the cells. Works best paired with movement afterwards, which we will explain when you book.

Suction-based treatment for the glutes, working on shape, circulation and lymphatic drainage rather than fat reduction.

The short answer is usually a combination — but this is how they differ, and what each is genuinely for.
| Treatment | Primarily targets | How it works | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| CryoSlimming | Fat | Controlled cooling applied to a defined areaNon-invasive, no incisions | A stubborn pocket that stays after weight loss — abdomen, flanks, thighs |
| EMS Muscle Toning | Muscle | Electrical stimulation producing involuntary contractionsBuilds tone, not fat loss | Areas that look soft rather than large — abdomen and glutes especially |
| Laser Lipo | Fat | Low-level laser releasing fat content from cellsPairs with movement afterwards | Broader areas, and patients who prefer a gentler sensation than cold |
| BBL Cupping | Contour | Suction to lift, shape and move lymphatic fluidShape rather than reduction | Glute shaping, and supporting results from the other three |
Package of six sessions
Almost every body-sculpting protocol is designed around a course of six. Booking the course rather than session-by-session is how the results actually compound — and it works out at $112.50 a session.
How a course actually runs.
Consultation & mapping
We look at the actual area, discuss what is realistic, and decide which combination of the four will serve it. If nothing here will help, we say so.
Measurements first
Baseline measurements and photographs before anything begins, so progress is assessed against a record rather than memory.
The course
Sessions run on a schedule set at consultation. Most protocols run to six, spaced to let the area respond between treatments.
Reassess & maintain
We re-measure at the end of the course and decide together whether to continue, switch treatment, or move to maintenance.
The things people ask before booking.
Is this a weight-loss treatment?
How many sessions will I need?
Is there any downtime?
Can I combine treatments?
Will the results last?
Important information
Body sculpting treatments are non-invasive contouring procedures and are not a treatment for obesity or a substitute for medical weight management. Individual results vary, and not every treatment is appropriate for every patient. All treatments require a consultation and screening with a licensed provider — some are not suitable during pregnancy, or for patients with certain circulatory conditions, implanted electrical devices or active skin conditions in the treatment area.
Start with a consultation, not a purchase.
Bring the area you want to change rather than the treatment name. We will map it, tell you what is realistic, and recommend the combination that suits — including when the honest answer is that nothing here will help. Booking takes a small deposit, credited to your treatment and refundable up to 24 hours beforehand.
